摘要
现代中国证券市场经过近20年的培育,已经初步形成了比较完善的市场体系,取得了举世瞩目的成绩,但是也十分突出地存在着规范化问题。造成现代中国证券市场不规范的原因是多方面的。现代中国证券市场作为一种制度创新,笔者拟从其制度特征出发,进行系统深入的制度分析。
Modern Chinese security has been cultivated about twenty years, and has initially formed a perfect market economy system, and has acquired great achievement. But on the basis of the present staus of Chinese security market, the abnormities are still projecting. There are many reasons that result in abnormal modern Chinese security. Because modern Chinese security market is regarded as a kind of system innovation, the authors want to analyze systematic reasons by using the system arrangement.
