摘要
目的观察十子三花汤治疗男性弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将72例弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组予左卡尼汀口服液,治疗组予十子三花汤加减。两组疗程均为3个月,评价临床疗效及精液指标的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.56%、82.35%;组间临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后组内比较,a级精子、(a+b)级精子、精子活动率以及精子密度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,a级精子及精子密度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十子三花汤治疗男性弱精子症疗效良好,可以明显提高患者的精液质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shizi Sanhua Decoction＂ in treating asthenospermia. Methods Seventy-two cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 36 cases in eac.h group; the eases in control group were treated with Levocarnitine, and cases in Ireatment group were treated with modified ＂Shizi Sanhua Decoction＂ , with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy and changes of sperm parameters were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 80.56% in the treatment group and 82.35 % in the control group, without significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. In each group, there were significant differences in the level a sperm, level （a ＋ b） sperm, sperm motility and sperm concentration between before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, there were significant differences in level a sperm and sperm concentration between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Shizi Sanhua Decoction＂ can treat asthenospermia effectively and improve the quality of sperm markedly.
