创新是企业发展的永恒主题。文章从理论和实践的角度论证了绿色制度创新的必要性,对绿色制度的内涵进行了归纳,强调指出制度安排要综合考虑制度因素的组合和搭配,任何过份强调某一方面的做法都是不可取的。并首次将绿色制度创新界定为对制度因素进行新的组合,使之较原有组合能创造更多的产出(价值),即能够使创新者(组织)获得追加利益的现存制度的变革。最后。
Innovation is the permanent theme of the enterprise. In this paper the necessity of the green institutional innovation is demonstrated from both the view of theory and practice. The essence of the green institution is analyzed with the emphasis on the point that the establishment of the institution should be the comprehensive result of all relevant factors and should not be extremely focused on any individual aspect. The creative statement of this paper is that the green institutional innovation should be such an effective recombination of all institution factors that can make more value production and more benefit increment for the innovator(organization) than before. The reasons of such innovation are also analyzed in brief.
