摘要
目的采用数据挖掘的方法分析何立人教授治疗女性更年期高血压的用药规律,总结归纳其治疗本病的辨证思路。方法收集60例女性更年期高血压患者的病历资料,建立数据库,运用频数分析和关联规则分析的方法对何立人教授治疗女性更年期高血压的用药规律进行数据挖掘。结果何立人教授治疗女性更年期高血压使用频率最高的药物为天麻、丹参、枸杞子、知母、黄柏、山茱萸;常用药对为知母配伍黄柏、何首乌配伍枸杞子、仙茅配伍淫羊藿、仙鹤草配伍十大功劳叶、沙苑子配伍白蒺藜、白蒺藜配伍天麻、沙苑子配伍天麻。结论何立人教授治疗女性更年期高血压多以补益肝肾、清热化湿为主,兼以活血化瘀、益气养血、养心安神、健脾护胃、疏肝理气等。
Objective On the basis of data mining, this paper analyzes He Liren＇ s medication experience in treating climacteric hypertension and concludes the differentiation ideas. Methods Sixty cases with climacteric hypertension were enrolled for database construction. We did data mining for He＇ s medication experience in treating female climacteric hypertension by frequency analysis and asocciation rules analysis. Results The high frequency medicine are Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Lyeii, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Cortex Phellodendri, Fructus Corni; the common paired-herbs are Rhizoma Anemarrhenae combined with Cortex Phellodeadri, Radix Polygoni Multiflori with Fructus Lycii, Rhizoma Curculigins with Herba Epimedii, Herba Agrimoniae with Mahonia, Semen Astragali Complanati with Fructuz Tribuli, Fructus Tribuli with Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Semen Astragali Complanati with Rhizoma Gastrodiae. Conclusion Professor He usually treats climacteric hypertension by the methods of nourishing liver and kidney, clearing away heat to eliminate dampness methods, combining with activating blood circulation to resolve stasis, replenishing qi and blood, nourishing heart to tranquilize mind, invigorating spleen to protect stmach, soothing the liver and regulating qi.
