摘要
目的量化大鱼际掌纹特应征并探讨掌纹特应征与哮喘的相关性。方法应用计算机识别系统,对大鱼际掌纹特应征进行客观量化分级;比较400例哮喘患者(哮喘组)和200名健康人群(对照组)大鱼际掌纹特应征量化分级的相关性。结果对照组大鱼际掌纹特应征阴性率为90.0%,哮喘组为34.8%,两组阴性率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性率为10.0%,哮喘组为65.2%,两组阳性率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论大鱼际掌纹特应征与哮喘病有相关性,哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹阳性特征明显。
Objective To quantify atopy of thenar eminence print and to discuss its correlation with asthma. Methods We quantified and classified atopy of thenar eminence prints by computer recognitions system. Four hundred cases in athma group and 200 cases in control group, and the correlation of quantitative classification of atopy of thenar eminence prints between the two groups were compared. Results The negative rate of thenar eminence print was 90.0% in control group and 34.8% in asthma group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ） ; the positive rate of thenar eminence print was 10.0% in control group and 65.2% in asthma group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There is the association between the atopy of thenar eminence print and asthma. The pnsitive print of thenar eminence is obvious in patients with asthma.
