摘要
医患沟通是医务人员为患者提供医疗服务的前提,良好的医患沟通可以增进患者对医务人员的信任,构建和谐的医患关系,减少医患纠纷的发生。乔哈里资讯窗(Johari Window)理论能够为各种沟通问题提供思路和指导。本文以乔哈里资讯窗理论为基础,将医患沟通分为开放型、专断型、消极型和封闭型4种类型,并分别从医务人员、患者、医院和医学教育4个方面提出了改进医患沟通的方法。
Doctor - patient communication is the premise of medical staff to provide medical services to patients. And good doctor - patient communication can improve patients'trust in medical staff, form a harmonious doctor - patient relationship and avoid doctor - patient disputes. Jo- hari Window can provide guidance for various communication problems. In this study, doctor - patient communication is analyzed with Johari Win- dow. The types of doctor - patient communication are classified as open, arbitrary, negative and closed. On this basis, the proposals to improve doctor- patient communication are provided for medical staff, patients, hospital and medical education.
