急性滑脱性髌股关节撞击征的MRI诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨急性滑脱性髌股关节撞击征诊疗过程中MRI的应用价值。方法对72例该类损伤的影像学检查结果进行详细分析、总结。结果常规X线检查对存在髌骨脱位或半脱位及发生骨折时有一定诊断价值,但不能确诊该病症。应用MRI检查,对软骨损伤、骨软骨骨折、骨挫伤、撕脱骨片损伤部位、支持带损伤及关节囊积液等情况均可单期明确诊断。结论 MRI扫描应作为本病症的首选检查,以早期及时确诊和治疗。
