摘要
目的观察、总结创疡贴治疗小儿手指末节不完全离断伤的临床疗效。方法 对19例小儿手指末节不完全断离患者(20只伤指),在局部清创,直接缝合断端后,应用创疡贴包扎治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 20只伤指中,19只伤指离断组织完全成活;1只伤指末节离断组织坏死,清除坏死组织后,改用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗28 d再生愈合。结论创疡贴治疗小儿手指未节不完全离断伤,方法简便,效果满意,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe and sunlnlarize the clinical therapeutic effect of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dress-ing in treating peditric injury of incompletely severed distill finger. Methods Nineteen peditric patients with injuries of ineompletel.v severed distill fingers （20 fingers） were dressed with MEBO Wound 8, Uleer Dressing for trealmeul after topical dehridement and direct stitching of the injured sites. The therapetie effect was ohserved. Results Among the 20 injtlved fingers, 19 fingers realized the complete survival of severed tissues while the left one developed distal tissue necrosis.After relmoval of the necrotic tissue, the necrotized finger was lretlted with MEBO Ointmelfl instead and 28 days later it realized regenelalixe healling. ConcLusion MEBO Wotmd ＆ Uleer Dressiug should be promoted to be applied in the treatlnenl of pediatric ineompleted severed injuary of distal fillger since it is user-frendly and mlteome-satisfying.
