摘要 目的分析PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路在肾上腺皮质癌组织中的表达特点及其意义。方法选取2008年1月至2012年12月经手术治疗且具有完整临床、病理资料的肾上腺皮质癌标本15例,以正常肾上腺组织(肾癌患者施行手术时所取下)12例作为对照。研究这些组织中该信号通路关键蛋白p-AKT、p-mTOR、p-S6以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况。结果与对照组比较,p-AKT(12/15,80%)、p-mTOR(11/15,73.3%)、p-S6(13/15,86.7%)以及VEGF(12/15,80%)在肾上腺皮质癌中明显高表达。结论 PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路关键蛋白p-AKT、p-mTOR、p-S6以及VEGF参与肾上腺皮质癌的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the activity and significance of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in adrenocor- tical carcinoma (ACC). Methods The clinical data of 15 ACC patients treated during Jan. 2008 and Dec. 2012 were retro- spectively reviewed,with 12 normal adrenal gland (NAG) following nephrectomy for renal tumors serving as controls. The ex- pression of phospho-AKT (p-AKT), phospho-mTOR (p-mTOR), phospho-S6 (p-S6) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the diseased adrenal tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of p-AKT (12/15,80%),p-mTOR(11/15,73.3%),p-S6 (13/15,86.7%) and VEGF (12/15,80%) were sig- nificantly upregulated in ACC. Conclusion The upregulated PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in ACC may participate in the genesis and development of ACC.
