摘要
目的 :探讨补阳还五汤对大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图及自由基的影响。方法 :大鼠灌胃给药 7d,异丙肾上腺素造成心肌缺血 ,测量比较 J点上升的情况 ,心肌组织匀浆测自由基三项 SOD,L PO,GSH-PX。结果与结论 :补阳还五汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠ECG,SOD,L PO,GSH -PX无显著性作用。
Objective: To research the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on myocardial ischemia ECG and free radical in rat. Methods: the decoction ig×7 d, to make myocardial ischemia model with isoproterenol, then measure ECG J point, SOD, LPO and GSH PX. Result and conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction hasn't significant effect of improving electrocardiogram, SOD, LPO and GSH PX in myocardial ischemia rat.
