摘要
目的 :优选济菊木犀草素提取工艺。方法 :用正交试验法对济菊中木犀草素的提取工艺进行了探讨。结果与结论 :最佳提取条件为 95 %乙醇 10倍量回流提取 2次 ,3 h/次。
Concentration of alcohol, reflowing time and amount of alcohol were tested in orthogonal analysis for alcohol extracting process. Experimental results showed that concentration of alcohol was the significant fact to Luteolin content with P<0.05. The best extracting process can be described as: the drug powder is reflowed 2 times, 3 hrs each, 95% alcohol with 10 times of the amount to drug weight.
