摘要
近年来髋关节结核发病率逐年增多,手术是治疗髋关节结核的重要方法,其中人工关节置换术在髋关节结核中的应用越来越多。该文对人工关节置换术治疗髋关节结核的历史概况、手术时机、手术疗效、手术方法、假体选择、并发症及其防治等方面进行了总结,介绍当前国内外对髋关节结核治疗的最新理念。
In recent years, the incidence of hip tuberculosis is increasing year by year and surgery is an important method for the treatment of the hip joint tuberculosis. The total hip arthroplasty is more and more applied for the hip joint tuberculosis. Here is to make a review of the historical overview,the timing of surgery, the efficacy of surgery, the approach of surgery, selection of the prosthesis, complications and their prevention and control of the total hip arthroplasty for tuberculosis of the hip, to introduce the latest concepts for the therapy of hip tuberculous.
