低渗碳酸盐岩储层深度酸化酸液体系优选与评价 被引量:9

Development and Evaluation of Deep Penetrating Acid Fluid System for Low Permeability Carbonate Reservoir

摘要 叙利亚碳酸盐岩稠油油藏储层渗透率低,冷采产量低,达不到经济开采界限,热采注汽困难,效率低。针对这些问题,开展了深度酸化研究,研制了一种多组分缓速转向酸酸液体系,并测试了其酸岩反应速度,同时采用双源CT扫描仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、压汞分析以及酸溶薄片法分析了酸化前后岩心的变化。结果显示新研制出的多组分缓速转向酸的酸岩反应速度比常规盐酸小了一个数量级,具有较好的缓速效果,酸化后的岩心孔隙度、渗透率、孔喉半径均有大幅的提高,酸蚀溶孔明显,喉道能够贯穿整个岩心。 Low permeability of Syria carbonate heavy oil reservoir causes its low cold production yield, which was not qualified to the economic mining demarcation. The low thermal recovery efficiency also led to difficulties on steam injection in cyclic steam stimulation. To solve these problems, the research on deep penetrating acidizing was conducted. We developed a new multi-component retarded-diverting acid fluid, tested the acid-rock reaction rate, and used the dual-source CT scanner, ESEM, TEM, mercury injection, and acid-soluble method to analyze the changes of cores before and after acidizing experiment. The results show good retard performance of the new acid fluid, whose acid-rock reaction rate is lower than that of the conventional hydrochloric to an order of magnitude. The porosity, permeability and pore throats of the core after acidizing are improved to a large extent, with obvious acidizing dissolution pores on thin section of core and the pore channel can penetrate through the whole core.
