摘要
为了研究落叶松松塔中的多酚类化合物的含量和抗氧化能力与生长坡向之间的关系,采用分光光度法对不同生长坡向条件下的落叶松松塔样本进行测定。结果发现:随着生长坡向条件的不同,落叶松松塔中的多酚类化合物的含量及抗氧化能力差异变化不显著(P>0.05);相关性分析表明,总还原能力与多酚(R2为0.786)和原花青素(R2为0.899)含量的相关性较高,而清除1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基能力与多酚和原花青素含量的相关性较弱;生长坡向的改变不会显著影响落叶松松塔中的多酚类化合物的含量和抗氧化能力。
An experiment was conducted to investigate the relationship between the polyphenol compound content and antioxidation ability in the larch pine cones at different growing slope aspects. We measured several samples of larch pine cones by spectrophotometry. The results showed that there were no significant relationships between the variety of polyphenol compound content and the antioxidation ability in different growing slope aspects (P 〉 0.05 ). By correlation analysis, the total reducing power had higher correlativity with the contents of polyphenols (R2 = 0. 786) and procyanidins (R2 = 0. 899), respectively, while the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazy (DPPH) radical scavenging ability had weaker correlativity with them. Therefore, the growing slope aspect has not significant effect on the polyphenol compound content and the antioxidation ability.
