摘要
神经营养因子受体蛋白广泛分布于视网膜层间组织,通过与多种神经营养因子结合在退行性眼底病变过程中具有重要的神经保护作用。本文着重介绍了三种高亲和力受体在视网膜中的定位、作用特点、与相关眼底疾病的关系和其新型激动剂。通过对神经营养因子受体的研究,了解其在眼底病变过程中的动态表达特点,以期能够应用于视网膜神经细胞变性及损伤性疾病的治疗中。
Neurotrophic factor receptor proteins (NTFR) are widely distributed in most layers of the retinal tissues, play an important role in the process of degenerative fundus diseases by binding nerve trophic factors. This paper focuses on three high affmi- ty receptors, about their location in the retina, function characteristics, relationships with relevant fundus diseases and new-found agonists. For studying the dynamic expres- sion features of NTFR, it may play a role in the treatment of retinal nerve cell degenera- tion or other injury diseases.
