围封对伊犁河谷春秋草场土壤理化性质及酶活性的影响 被引量:19

Effects of Enclosure on Soil Physical and Chemical Quality and Enzymatic Activity in Grassland of Yili Valley in Spring-autumn

摘要 以伊犁河谷昭苏马场春秋草场不同围封年限草地为对象,采用空间序列代替时间序列的方法,对围封条件下退化草地自然恢复过程中土壤理化性质及酶活性变化进行了初步分析.结果表明:随着围封年限的延长,土壤容重呈减小趋势,减小最明显的是表层土壤(0~10cm);在整个生长期内0~30cm土壤平均贮水量与降雨量变化相似,围封能够有效减少土壤水分的无效蒸发,较好涵养水源,尤其在降水较少的月份更明显.土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量随围封年限的延长呈增加趋势,其中土壤有机质含量变化较大,全N、全P、全K增加幅度较小.与全量养分相比,围封对速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量影响较大,速效氮变化趋势与全量养分相反,即随围封年限的延长呈降低趋势.土壤过氧化氢酶未围封草地与围封6年、5年、1年草地各土层间差异显著(P<0.05),土壤脲酶活性随草地的自然恢复逐渐增加,表层变化显著. The soil physical and chemical quality and enzymatic activity were analyzed in order to study the effect of enclosure on grassland in Yili valley in spring-autumn where the method of spatial sequence replacing time series was used. The results showed that the soil bulk density had a decreasing trend with the enclosure time, especially in 0-10cm layer. The changes of soil water storage of 0-30cm depth were similar with rainfall. The contents of SOM, TN, TP and TK had increasing trend with the years of enclo- sure, among these, SOM content significantly changed. The enclosure had effects on available N, P, and K compared with total nutrient, and the available N changing trend were reverse with total nutrient. Soil catalase significantly changed between enclosure 6 years, 5 years, 1 year and non-enclosure sample area (P〈0.05), soil urease activity increased with the enclosure years, and the surface layer obviously changed.
