典型草原天然牧草青贮条件的研究 被引量:16

摘要 为了提高典型草原天然牧草青贮品质,针对原料水分、装填密度、附着乳酸菌数量以及可溶性糖含量等影响青贮发酵品质的因素,设计4因素3水平正交试验,对青贮饲料的营养成分和发酵品质进行分析。结果表明:(1)天然牧草青贮技术有效的降低了原料中的NDF和ADF含量;(2)第5组青贮饲料的CP含量最高,VFA检测中仅含有乙酸,氨态氮/总氮最低,显著低于其他处理(P<0.05);(3)不同青贮条件对乳酸产生量影响的作用顺序依次为乳酸菌添加量>水分>蔗糖添加量>密度。综上所述,采用原料水分为600g/kg、装填密度为350kg/m3、乳酸菌添加量为0.5g/kg、蔗糖添加量为15g/kg的青贮条件,天然牧草青贮饲料的营养价值最高,发酵品质最好。 Aiming at the factors affecting natural grass ensiling quality, ie. moisture, density, lactic acid bacteria and sugar content, four factors three levels orthogonal experiment including nine treatments repeated 3 times was designed to analyze nutritional ingredients and fermentation quality of silage so as to improve the quality of natural grass ensil!ng. The results showed that=(1) The content of NDF and ADF of natural grass silage was significantly lower than raw material; (2) the fifth group silage whose CP con- tent was the highest and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen was significantly lower than other treatments (P 0.05) ,on different ens y contained acetic acid by VFA detection; (3)the order of effect on lactic acid production in ling condition was = lactic acid bacteria additive amount~ moisture~ cane sugar additive a- mount~ density. In conclusion, under the conditions of moisture content(600 g/kg) ,density(350 kg/m3), lactic acid bacteria additive amount(0.5 g/kg) and cane sugar additive amount(15 g/kg), nutritive value of silage was the highest and fermentation quality was the best.
