摘要
以拉丁诺白三叶为材料,研究亚精胺对PEG(聚乙二醇6000)渗透胁迫下白三叶幼苗相对含水量、膜相对透性、膜脂过氧化、叶绿素含量、有机渗透调节物质积累和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:外源亚精胺显著提高胁迫下叶片相对含水量,降低了胁迫下叶绿素的分解,维持了显著较低的电解质渗透率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,缓解了胁迫对膜的伤害;并能显著提高胁迫下可溶性糖、还原糖、游离脯氨酸、甜菜碱和可溶性蛋白的积累,对游离氨基酸含量影响不明显。外源亚精胺有效提高白三叶的抗渗透胁迫能力,与亚精胺诱导了胁迫下白三叶积累更多的有机渗透调节物质,同时稳定了细胞膜系统密切相关。
Effects of spermidine on relative water content, electrolyte leakage, MDA content, chloro- phyll content, osmoregulatory solutes and soluble protein content of white clover (Trifolium repens) in leaves under PEG stress were analyzed. Under osmotic stress, exogenous spermidine significantly im- proved relative water content and effectively reduced the decomposition of chlorophyll in leaves~ the treat- ment of exogenous spermidine maintained significant lower electrolyte leakage and MDA content and exog- enous spermidine relieved the injury to membrane} the accumulation of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, fre~ proline, betaine and soluble protein were significant higher in the treatment of exogenous spermidine, but no significant effect on free amino acid content. The results suggested that exogenous spermidine can effec- tively improve osmotic stress tolerance of white clover associated with the accumulation of osmoregulatory solutes which have the function of osmotic adjustment and osmoprotection.
