摘要
本文通过对库区及回水区建立二维水力数学模型,从石佛寺水库生态风景区规划布置与现有水利规划的关系及影响、景观工程对两岸及上下游防洪安全和对防汛抢险的影响等方面,综合分析了本次景区规划建设对现状防洪工程可能产生的影响,以及河道行洪对景区规划的影响。
Abstract： Two-dimensional water conservancy mathematical model is established for the reservoir and backwater area in the paper. The possible influence of the scenic spot planning and construction on current flood control project, and the influence of river flood discharge on scenic spot planning are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of relation between Shifosi Reservoir Ecological Scenic Spot planning layout and current water conservancy planning, influence thereof, influence of landscape project on flood control safety and flood control emergency treatment on both banks as well as the upstream and downstream parts, etc.
