摘要
公司治理对企业技术创新的作用已经愈发重要。目前学者主要是基于委托代理理论,从大股东的治理动机出发研究股权集中度、股权制衡、股权性质对技术创新的影响,但研究内容相对广泛与笼统,未能将研究主题细分与深入。由于我国上市公司大股东控制现象比较普遍,有必要专门探讨大股东控制下的企业其技术创新如何。沿用之前的研究脉络,整理和归纳出大股东控制对技术创新的影响,并在此基础上提出研究展望。
The corporate governance plays an increasingly key role in technological innovation of an enterprise. Based on the principal - agent theory, now scholars have mainly researched the effect of ownership structure （ ownership concentra- tion, ownership restriction and ownership property） on the technological innovation from the perspective of the large share- holder~ governance motivation. However, the study is relatively extensive and ambiguous, failing to segmentate and deepen the subjects. As it is quite common in our country that large shareholder controls the listed company, it is necessary to dis- cuss the influence of large shareholder control on technological innovation. According to the previous study context, this pa- per intends to summarize the impact of large shareholder control on technological innovation, and then puts forward some topics for further study.
