摘要
在界定资源型城市人力资源绩效内涵的基础上对其构成和特征进行分析,进而从人力资源开发与人力资源绩效管理耦合的视角探索资源型城市人力资源绩效开发的过程与路径,最后提出资源型城市人力资源绩效开发影响因素的钻石框架模型。
In defining the content of human resources' performance of resource - based city, its composition and charac- teristics are analyzed, and then process and path of human resources' performance development is explored from coupling human resource development and human resource performance management. Finally the diamond framework model of influ- ent factors of human resources' performance development of resource - based city is raised.
