摘要
随着科技发展和经济全球化进程的加速,知识产权能力已成为一个企业在竞争中取得优势的关键因素。对四川省21家知识产权示范企业有关知识产权能力的信息进行分析研究,发现企业知识产权原始创新能力、知识产权运用能力、知识产权保护能力等方面存在的问题,剖析企业知识产权能力方面存在问题的原因,提出建议以提升企业的竞争力。
With the accelerated development of science and technology and economic globalization, it has become a key factor in the competitive advantage of the enterprise to develop and protect intellectual property rights. For the analysis of intellectual property capability information based on 21 intellectual property rights exemplary enterprises in Sichuan Prov- ince, the problems about the ability of original innovation, enterprise intellectual property application ability, and intellec- tual property protection capability, and the cause of the problem are found, suggestions are put forward to improve the com- petitiveness of enterprises.
