摘要
创新联盟已成为整合创新资源、促进集成创新、提升企业核心竞争力的有效途径,但在创新联盟中知识专有性与知识产权共享之间的冲突却严重阻碍了联盟的有机运作和持续发展,具体表现为创新联盟形成阶段关于知识产权价值辨识等问题的冲突,创新联盟运行阶段关于知识产权投入程度、标准等问题的冲突,创新联盟结束阶段关于知识产权归属、利益分配等问题的冲突。对这些知识产权冲突的清晰辨识和对策研究对联盟有效运行具有重要的借鉴意义。
Innovation alliance has become an important strategy to integrate innovative resources, promote integrated inno- vation and get competitive advantage. But the conflicts between proprietary knowledge and intellectual property sharing are serious impediment to the organic functioning and sustainable development of the Union. These conflicts include how to de- termine the value of intellectual property in the formation stage, how to determine the level of commitment of intellectual property in the cooperation of the stage, and how to determine the ownership of intellectual property and the distribution of benefits at the end of the stage. Identifying and avoiding these conflicts will be helpful for developing strategies.
