摘要
丰田汽车从上世纪80年代以来以精益生产、零瑕疵享誉全球,成为了全球制造业的标杆和楷模,然而2008年发生的"召回门"事件打破了其以往的丰田神话,凸显了其与供应商管理体系的薄弱环节。在我国正从汽车产业大国向汽车产业强国转变的今天,分析丰田的经验教训,对于中国汽车产业的健康发展不无裨益。对此,首先针对丰田汽车成功的关键点及其在国际化历程中所遇到的坎坷的本质性原因进行分析,并在反思我国汽车产业发展实际情况的基础上进一步提出丰田经历对我国汽车产业发展的启示。
Toyota has become one of the worldg leading auto companies with respect to Toyota production model. However, some quality problems have emerged in recent years because of failed overseas implementation of Toyota production model. Therefore its experience provides important lessons for Chinese auto companies. This article surveys the essential condition of Toyota production model and the problems in Toyotag quality control, and attempts to give some advice to Chinese auto companies.
