摘要
都市型现代农业已经成为我国大城市农业发展的必然趋势,而相关利益主体之间的矛盾冲突却制约着当前都市型现代农业的发展。为了发掘都市型现代农业健康发展的实现路径,以北京市现代都市型农业为例,梳理各利益主体之间协同性和利益分配问题,构建一个基于博弈论中夏普里理论利益分配比例,在此基础上从战略层、管理层、业务层提出我国都市型现代农业利益主体协同发展的对策和建议。
Urban modem agriculture industry has become an inevitable trend of metropolitan agriculture development in our country, but the conflict among interest stakeholders restricts the development of the current urban modern agriculture. In order to promote the healthy development of urban modern agriculture industry effectively, by taking Beijing as an example, we analyzed the issue of how to cooperatively allocate the interests among stakeholders and build a reasonable profit distribu- tion proportion according to the Sharply game theory. On this basis, the paper put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions from a strategic level, management level and business level.
