摘要
对江苏省13个省辖市2003—2010年发明专利申请量和实际GDP面板数据的协整检验和固定效应回归分析表明,发明专利申请量与实际GDP存在长期稳定的关系,证实技术创新对促进地区经济增长起着较大的作用;作用的程度与地区经济发展水平基本一致。说明江苏省地区经济发展中存在知识产权保护促进技术创新,技术创新推动经济增长的良性循环机制。
This paper uses the panel data of 2003 -2010 patent applications for invention and real GDP from 13 cities of Jiangsu Province for co - integration test and regression of fixed effects. It can be shown that there exists long - term stable relationship between patent applications for invention and real GDP. Technological innovation plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth. The influence degree is basically in accordance with the level of regional economic growth. It can be concluded that there is a good circle. The protection of intellectual property can promote technological in- novation, which can push forward economic growth.
