‘洛阳包头’大白菜叶柄高效植株再生体系的建立 被引量:1

摘要 以‘洛阳包头’大白菜无菌苗叶柄为外植体,研究了大白菜通过直接器官发生建立植株再生体系的方法。结果表明:不同激素组合对‘洛阳包头’大白菜无菌苗顶芽增殖、大白菜叶柄不定芽的诱导以及再生植株生根的影响不同;配方MS+BA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.3mg/L的培养无菌苗顶芽基增殖率最高,达86.7%;配方MS+BA 2.5mg/L+IBA 0.3mg/L对大白菜叶柄不定芽的诱导效果较好,诱导率为76.7%;配方MS+IBA 1.0mg/L诱导再生植株生根率最高,达90.0%。 Taking the no vaccine petiole of Brassica pehinensis C/T. 'Luoyang baotou' as explant, the cabbage plant regeneration system was established by direct organogenesis. The results showed that the effects of different plant hormones combinations at different concentrations on seedlings propagation, adventitious buds induction from petiole explants and seedling rooting were different. The optimal medium for propagation of seedlings was MS supplemented with BA 1. 0 mg/L -HBA o. 3 mg/L,and the induction rate was 86. 7 %; the highest adventitious buds induction frequency was 76.7% by using MS supplemented with BA 2.5 mg/L+ IBA 0.3 mg/L, the optimal medium for rooting was MS supplemented with IBA 1. 0 mg/L and the rooting rate was 90.0%.
