摘要
以"西府海棠"×"珠美海棠"、"西府海棠"×"S19"、"西府海棠"×"P22"杂交后代作砧木嫁接的"红富士"苹果为试材,研究了不同组合后代对轮纹病抗性的差异以及不同抗性砧木对"红富士"苹果抗病性的影响。结果表明:同一组合的F1代个体对轮纹病抗性有较大的分离,不同组合对轮纹病的抗性存在差异;砧木对"红富士"苹果的抗病性有影响,砧木的病情越严重,其上嫁接的"红富士"苹果的病情也越严重。
Taking 'Red Fuji' hybrids apple of 'Malus micromelus ' × ' Malus zumi ' , 'M. micromalus ' × ' S19' , ' M. micromalus' × 'P22' as materials, the difference of resistance among different hybrid progenies to ring rot disease and effect of rootstocks with different resistance on disease resistance of 'Red Fuji' apple were studied. The results showed that F1 progenies of the same cross combination had different resistance to ring rot disease. and difference of resistance existed among different combinations. The more serious the ring rot disease in rootstocks was, the more serious the ring rot disease in 'Red Fuji' apple was.
