摘要
目的 了解 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)、5 羟吲哚乙酸 (5 HIAA)、多巴胺 (DA)、去甲肾上腺素 (NE)在无先兆偏头痛发病中的作用。方法 用荧光分光光度法检测 35例无先兆偏头痛患者 (发作期 16例、间歇期 19例 )和 2 3例正常人血浆及血小板 5 HT、5 HIAA、DA、NE含量。结果 无先兆偏头痛患者发作期组血浆 5 HT含量低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 5 HIAA含量高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;间歇期组 5 HT含量高于发作期组 ,而 5 HIAA含量低于发作期组 (P <0 .0 1) ;发作期组血浆DA、NE含量均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,间歇期组血浆DA与发作期组相比亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。无先兆偏头痛患者发作期组血小板 5 HT含量高于对照组和间歇期组 ,而 5 HIAA含量低于对照组和间歇期组 (P <0 .0 1) ;而发作期组血小板NE含量高于对照组和间歇期组 (P <0 .0 1) ;DA含量则低于对照组和间歇期组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 单胺类递质对偏头痛的发生可能有重要意义。
Objective To study the changes of 5 HT、 5 HIAA、 DA and NE in the plasma and platelets of migraineurs without aura.Methods The 5 HT、 5 HIAA、 DA and NE in the plasma and platelet of migraineurs without ura both interictally and ictally (16 patients in ictally and 19 patients in interictally) were measured with 23 age matched control subjects.Results In the attack stage of migraineurs without aura, the contents of plasma 5 HT, DA and NE were lower than the normal control groups, while the content of 5 HIAA was markedly higher than the control.The contents of plasma 5 HT and DA were markedly lower than the headache free group, the content of plasma 5 HIAA was higher than the headache free group.And in the attack stage, the contents of platelet 5 HT and NE were markedly higher than the control and the headache free groups, while the contents of platelet 5 HIAA and DA were lowers than the control and the headache free group.Conclusion The changes of the concentrations of Monoamine Transmitters in migraineurs' plasma and platelet might play and important role in developing the migraine without aura.
