摘要
"印太"作为近来美澳印积极推动的地缘概念,不是印度洋和太平洋两个地理概念的简单相加,而是印度洋和太平洋地缘经济和地缘政治发展的产物,客观地反映了全球经济重心转移的现实。中国因素是"印太"相关国家将传统上两个相对独立的地缘政治单元整合为单一战略弧形地带的显性因素,中国战略利益外延的拓展使中国超越了传统的亚太国家而成为典型的印太国家,这是印度与澳大利亚战略界的"印太"设计者始料未及的。中国没有必要对"印太"消极抵触,但应对"选择性排除"及"针对性推动"保持警惕。
In recent years, U. S. together with Australia and India has been initiating the concept of IndoPacific, which is not a simply summation of the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, but a gee-economic and geo-political development of the two regions. Indo-Pacific reflects the shift of the global economic gravity and strategic center, and the China factor is obvious during this process. The extending of the Chinese strategic interests has gone beyond the traditional Asia-Pacific region, and China is becoming a typical Indo-Pacific country. Therefore, China does not need to concern about it, but should be cautious about＂ selective exclusion＂ and ＂targeted promoting＂ .
