摘要
The embryo culture of Taxus chinensis (Pilger) Rehd. and T. brevifolia Nutt. in vitro can shorten the dormancy period with early germinating, germination percentage is above 98% after cultured thirty days. The survival rate of the seedlings increased when the seeds were stored in low temperature, it could be increased from 49% to 70% after treated four months. The seedling′s growth can be improved if reduce the main inorganic element content of the medium. Germination character of two \%Taxus \%L. species are similar.
