摘要
通过对东北地区某铁路专用线EPC项目的概述,归纳了该项目的难点,阐述了项目风险管理原则、流程及方法,并对该项目风险管理实施效果作了总结,为同类项目风险管理提供了参考依据。
Abstract： Based on a review of the EPC project of a special railway line in northeast area, this paper summarized the difficuhies of this project, elaborated the principles, process and method of project risk management, and summarized the implementation effect of the project risk manage- ment, provided reference for risk management of similar projects.
