摘要
分析了在招投标阶段工程量清单对索赔的影响,结合工作经验,阐述了处理索赔的原则及程序,并总结了处理清单索赔应注意的事项,从而为企业处理工程量清单下的索赔提供一定借鉴。
Abstract： The paper analyzes the influence of the engineering quantity list on the claims in the bidding stage, illustrates the principle and proce- dure for the claim treatment by Combining with the work experience, and sums up the precautions to deal with the claims, so as to provide some reference for the claim treatment under the engineering quantity list in enterprises.
