摘要
针对加强建筑工程安装造价的控制问题进行了分析,在研究影响建筑工程安装因素的基础上,重点介绍了工程设计阶段造价的控制和加强预算管理的策略,指出加强工程安装造价是保证建筑工程顺利实施的重要环节。
Abstract： The paper analyzes some problems in improving the control over the engineering installation cost, mainly introduces the control over the engineering cost and the improvement of the budget management at the design stage based on the study on the factors affecting the architectural en- gineering installation, and points out the improvement of the engineering installation cost is the important step to ensure the implementation of the architectural projects.
