摘要
为了实现新型工业化、信息化和城镇化时代背景下的住宅长效性设计目标,结合我国长效住宅设计体系和其面临的困境,对BIM技术在长效住宅设计运维中的应用情况进行了研究,指出其放性、共享性、可出图性等因素为实现设计目标提供了可能。
In order to realize long-term residence design object under new industrialization, information and urbanization background, combining with domestic long-term residence design system and difficulties, the paper studies the application conditions of BIM technology in long-term resi- dence design operation, and points out that： its openness, sharing and charting have provided possibility for realizing the design target.
