摘要
以某型拖拉机的机械操纵干式盘式制动器为研究对象,系统分析了其结构和工作原理,通过受力分析找出影响制动性能的主要因素,并结合该车型的实际情况进行了结构改进,以最小的设计改动达到了提高制动性能的目的。
Taking a dry disk brake system as a research object, the paper systematically analyzed its structure and working principle, found out the main factors affecting the braking performance through the force analysis, improved the vehicle structure according to the actual situation, and realized the goal of braking performance improvement on minimal changes of design.
