摘要
基于RFI工艺,提出了CFRP材料的"成型-冲裁-固化"复合成型新工艺,并设计出了复合成型装置,由成型/冲裁复合模、加热装置及温控装置组成。利用该装置成功实现了CFRP冲裁件的"成型-冲裁-固化"复合成型,其断面光滑、平整,克服了传统钻、铣削加工时的纤维缠绕、拉拔、分层等缺陷。该装置还可为研究RFI工艺制造大型CFRP构件的力学性能提供所需的拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剪切、扭转试样,为研究适用于大型CFRP构件制造的优化工艺方案及质量控制措施提供必要的支持。
A new composite molding process of "forming-cutting-curing" was presented and a composite forming device consisted of com- pound die for forming and blanking, heating unit and temperature-controlling unit was designed for CFRP materials based on RFI process. With the device, the integrated manufacturing of CFRF blanking parts was successfully implemented, and the cross section of a CFRP blanking part was smooth and flat, meanwhile it conquered the disfigurements such as filament winding, pull-out of the fiber and delami- nation while drilling and milling. Furthermore, the device can provide the specimens for tensile test, compression test, bending test, shear test and torsional test for the study of mechanical properties of large CFRP structures manufactured by RFI process and the necessary support for researching the optimized process solutions and quality control measures applied to the manufacture of large CFRP structures.
