摘要
高强钢板的温成形可显著改善高强钢的成形性能。以Docol 1200M超高强度钢板为对象,研究了高强钢在不同温度下的温成形性能,并对其相应的断口面进行了分析。结果表明:Docol 1200M超高强度钢板的拉胀成形性能总体随温度的升高而升高,但在200和300℃时,材料受到第一类回火脆性和蓝脆的影响,其成形性能突然降低;且此种高强钢板最适合的温成形温度为400℃。
Warm forming technology can significantly improve the formability of high strength steel. Doeol 1200M ultra high strength steel was targeted, the warm forming property of Docol 1200M ultra high strength steel was studied at different temperatures, and the corre- sponding fracture surface was analyzed. The result shows that the warm drawing and bulging forming property of Docol 1200M ultra high strength steel rises overall with temperature increasing. However, its formability suddenly drops for the first kind of temper brittleness and blue brittleness at 200 and 300 ℃. The most suitable forming temperature of high - strength steel plate is 400℃.
