摘要
使用数控渐进成形机床,打破传统热渐进成形的外部热源加热方式,利用工具头转动时与板料之间产生的"绿色"摩擦热成形AZ31B镁合金板料。通过实验综合研究几种不同润滑剂对AZ31B镁合金板料的渐进成形能力及成形表面粗糙度的影响,结果表明:与石墨粉末、MoS2粉末、石墨喷剂和粘附型石墨相比,选用锂基高温润滑脂,镁合金板料有更好的渐进成形能力,成形角≥60°,且成形表面的粗糙度Ra值约为2.47μm。
By using the NC incremental forming machine and breaking the way of traditional warm incremental forming by external heat sources, AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets were formed with green friction heat created by the sheet and rotating tool. By comparing the effects of different lubricants on the formability and formed surface roughness of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet, the results show that the magnesium alloy sheet has a better incremental formability with high temperature lithium base grease than with graphite powder, MoS2 powder, graphite spray and adhesive type graphite, and its forming angle is equal or greater than 60°, meanwhile the formed surface roughness Ra value is about 2.47μm.
