摘要 研究圣女果表面缺陷准确检测的方法。在圣女果采摘的过程中,如何按照圣女果表面的缺陷对圣女果等级进行划分,已经成为圣女果相关产业中需要研究的核心问题。利用传统的图像检测方法,很难对圣女果表面的细微缺陷进行准确的检测,从而难以保证圣女果的品质。为了避免上述传统算法的弊端,提出了一种基于表面缺陷定位算法的圣女果表面缺陷检测方法。计算圣女果图像中的表面缺陷区域像素,从而为圣女果表面缺陷检测提供依据。利用表面缺陷定位方法,获取圣女果表面出现缺陷的区域的空间位置。实验结果表明,利用本文算法进行圣女果表面缺陷检测,可以极大地提高检测的准确性,从而满足实际农业生产的需求。 The method for accurate defect inspection of cherry tomato surface was studied in this article. In the process of cherry tomato picking, grading according to the defects on the surface of cherry tomato has become the core of the problem needed to study in the related cherry tomato industries. We proposed a method for defect detection of tomatoes surface based on a surface defect positioning algorithm. The pixels of surface defect area in tomatoes'images can be calculated, so as to provide the basis for tomatoes surface defects detection. Then, by using surface defect po- sitioning method, the spatial location of surface defect area was obtained. Experimental results show that the algo- rithm presented in this paper can greatly improve the accuracy of detection, so as to meet the needs of the actual agri- cultural production.
