摘要
含钒页岩焙烧用回转窑是使提钒原料中各种价态的钒通过在窑内焙烧氧化成高价态的五氧化二钒。由于回转窑焙烧实验成本大和操作困难,提出了数值仿真的方法。通过建立回转窑的三维模型,利用Fluent软件,选用标准k-ε湍流模型、预混燃烧模型,计算并分析了窑内气体、物料以及窑壁表面的温度分布和气体速度分布。分析结果表明:回转窑内火焰形状呈良好的棒槌状,窑壁及物料表面温度呈梯度递减的分布状态,与实际工况相符,满足含钒页岩的焙烧要求,可以进一步对含钒页岩焙烧用回转窑结构优化和工艺参数优化提供指导和依据。
Rotary kiln used for roasting vanadium - containing shale is to make various valences of vanadium in the raw material into vanadium pentoxide of high valence by oxidizing. Because the rotary kiln roasting experiment is difficult to operate and the cost is high, this paper put forward a numerical simulation method. A three - dimensional model of the rotary kiln was established. By using Fluent software, this paper choosed the k - ~ standard turbulence model and the premixed combustion model, and calculated the temperature field of the gas, materials and wall sur- face, and the velocity field of the gas in rotary kiln. The results show that the flame shape is a good wooden club shaped in the rotary kiln, and the temperature distribution is gradient descending in the kiln wall and material sur- face, which are conform with the practical operating conditions and satisfy the requirement of the vanadium - contai- ning roasting. The method can meet the guidance for the optimization of structure process parameters of the rotary kiln using for roasting the vanadium -containing shale.
