摘要
在相变温控装置性能分析问题的研究中,等效热容法和焓法是两种处理相变问题的方法。采用上述两种方法在ANSYS13.0中建立了相变传热模型,对一种含有金属相变材料的温控装置进行相变传热有限元分析,并在不同相变半径下分别应用这两种模型求解相变传热问题。最后对计算结果进行比较。结果表明,采用相同的相变半径时,等效热容法与焓法可得到较一致的仿真结果,但焓法具有较高的计算效率;同时,结果还表明采用两种方法的求解模型的时间随着相变半径的增加而缩短。
Enthalpy method and effective heat capacity method handle the phase change process. In this paper, these two methods were employed for the mathematical model of phase - change heat transfer in ANSYS13.0 Work- bench. A thermal control device filled with PCMs in electric devices thermal protection apparatus was simulated using the mathematical models of phase - change heat transfer. The simulation results of using these two methods were presented and compared at difference phase - change radiuses. The result shows that with the same phase - change radius, the agreement between enthalpy method and effective heat capacity method results is significant, and using enthalpy method is more efficiency. The elapsed time for computing is significantly increasing while the phase - change radius decreasing.
