开关电源的输出含有丰富的纹波,给供电系统带来了不利影响,CLC滤波电路对纹波有一定的抑制作用。针对滤波器中电感和电容的分布参数对纹波抑制效果的影响,采用传递函数分析和计算机仿真的方法,结合了以MAX606EUA+设计的开关电源试验,通过改变电感和电容的大小以及电容的类型,从理论、仿真和实际三方面对CLC滤波电路进行了分析。结果表明,纹波幅值与电感值和电容值都成反比,当电感值和电容值逐渐增大时,电容对纹波幅值的影响越来越显著,但器件体积和价格也相应增加;由于铝电解电容的等效串联电阻较大,滤波效果不如钽电解电容。因此建议在设计CLC滤波电路时,尽量使用数值较大的电感和电容,且电容的等效串联电阻尽可能小。
Significant ripples triggered by switching power supply always cause negative impacts on electrical system which can be weaken by CLC filter circuits. We, by switching values of capacitances and inductances, analyzed a CLC filter circuit from theory, simulations and facts through the analysis of transfer functions, computer simula- tions, experiments about switching power supply designed with MAX606EUA + to penetrate the influences of capacitances' and inductances' distributed parameters on restrictions on ripples. The experimental result and data in- dict that the ripple amplitudes are inversely proportional to inductances and capacitances, meanwhile, capacitors have more conspicuous effects on ripple amplitudes with increasing inductances and capacitances, whereas capacitors' sizes and prizes increase with that. Moreover, Aluminum electrolytic capacitors' filter effects are less significant than Tan- talum electrolytic capacitor since Aluminum electrolytic capacitors' equivalent resistances are higher. Thus, it is better for researchers to utilize relatively larger values of capacitances with lower equivalent resistances and inductances when design a CLC filter circuit.
