摘要
海上联合信息作战是海上联合作战的基本样式之一,也是美军"空海一体战"的重要组成部分,作战仿真具有重要的军事意义。依据海上联合信息作战的定义,分析能力组成和作战特点;结合最新仿真技术,提出了海上联合信息作战仿真分析评估框架,并具体研究了导调导控、海战场电磁环境生成、计算机生成兵力、对抗效果评估、与实装集成等关键技术,最后简述海上联合信息作战仿真在海上联合信息作战方案推演、作战指挥人员训练等场景中的应用前景。实践表明,方案可行且效果良好。
Joint information operations at sea are the primary operational pattern in Joint operations at sea and the important part of Air - Sea Battle, and it is important to simulate the operational pattern. Aiming at the concept and characteristic of Joint Information Operations at sea, an analysis and evaluation framework was presented based on the war game and simulation system. Based on the framework, this paper gave some key technologies involving director, electromagnetic environment simulation in sea battlefield, computer generated force jamming effectiveness evaluation integration with physical equipment and some applications involving war game simulation, training. The result indi- cates that the scheme is practical and performs well.
