摘要
探讨民族地区科技经济发展的现状,剖析民族地区经济发展与科技进步之间存在意识不强、制度和措施缺乏、经费投入不足以及缺乏相应的创新机制和经济基础制约因素;通过管理创新、增加科技投入、加大人才建设力度、加强创新体系和平台建设等视角,提出民族地区科技进步促进当地经济发展的对策。
This study discusses the present situation of the scientific and economic developalent in ethnic areas, analyzes inadequate innovalion mechanism and economic constraints due to the inadequate consciousness, lack of system, measures and funds for economic development the progress of science and technology in national regions. Therefore, Ihrough the management innovation, increasing investment in science and technology, intensifying the development of talents, strengthening the construction of innovation system and platform, etc, the paper presents strategies to promote local economic development in national regions.
