摘要
以壮族三声部民歌的现状为考察对象,分析文艺类非物质文化遗产的性质,传承人制度在保护少数民族文艺的职责与功能面临三重悖论,专属化排斥参与性、个体化切割组织性、遗产化侵害原生性。对少数民族文艺的保护不能仅依靠"非遗化"和"传承人制度",而是要着力重建其文化区域、文化土壤、文化空间,建设配套支持体系,以增强文艺类非物质文化遗产的功能和效度,达到活态保护、整体保护的目的。
Based on the situation of three-part Zhuang ballad, this article analyzed the character of the minority ballad as a intangible cultural heritage, "Inheritor" system encounters a triple paradox on the protection of minority ballad, specialization excluded participation;individuation segregated organization, inheriting erodes originality.On protection of minority literature and art, rather than "Intangible Cultural Heritage" and "Inheritor" system only, the governmental policy need to focus on the reconstruction of the cultural region, groundwork and cultural space, and construct the mechanism supporting system, so as to protect the intangible cultural heritage in its integrity and active way.
