摘要
扇贝柱脱壳历来是扇贝产业化加工的难点之一。为研究海湾扇贝利用水流加热法进行脱壳,利用PID调节控制水流温度,试验研究在不同水流温度下海湾扇贝壳内温度随加热时间的变化规律。测量海湾扇贝的三轴尺寸,并建立其相关性数学模型。上述研究为海湾扇贝柱脱壳生产线的建立提供理论依据。
Scallop shelling has always been one of the difficulties on scallop processing. In this paper, the research is on the bay scallop shelling using the water heating method. Using the PID regulator to control the water temperature, and explore the bay scallop shell temperature's variation with the heating time and the water temperature. Exploring the biological characteristics of the bay scallop, and establishing its relevance mathematical model. The above studies provide a theoretical basis for set up the bay scallop shelling production line.
