摘要
在社会经济发展的背景下,人们的生活水平与生活质量都显著提高,人们对于精神文化需求不断加强,特别是对于书籍的阅读欲望不断增强。在分析公共图书馆免费开放现状的基础上,阐述了公共图书馆免费开放的现实意义,探讨了公共图书馆免费开放存在的问题并提出了相应对策。
Under the background of social and economic development, people＇s living standard and life quality have improved significantly, and people＇s spiritual and cultural demands are rising constantly, especially people＇s desire for reading books is constantly reinforced. Based on analyzing the current status of public library＇s free opening, this paper expounds the realistic significance of public library＇ s free opening, probes into some problems existing in public library＇ s free opening, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
