摘要
图书馆是储存大量资料文献的地点,更是人们获取知识的地点,特别是高校图书馆馆藏更为丰富,读者对其工作质量要求也更高。而影响读者态度的不只是馆藏,更重要的是服务质量,虽然现在我国高校图书馆服务质量得到一定的提升,但是仍然存在一定问题。阐述了创新高校图书馆服务模式的重要性,分析了现存的问题并提出了相应的解决措施。
Library is not only the location to store a large number of information literatures, but also the place for people to acquire knowledge, especially university library＇s collection is more abundant, readers requirements for its work quality are higher. The thing affecting readers＂ attitude is not just the collection of the library, more important is the service quality of the library. Although the service quality of China＇s university libraries has got improved, still there are some problems. This paper expounds the importance of innovating university library＇s service mode, analyzes some existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
