高龄急性心肌梗死急诊PCI1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性，90岁，因“胸闷胸痛6h”人院。患者于入院前6h无明思诱因下休息时出现胸痛，无气促、晕厥。体检：血压70／47mmHg，双肺未闻及干湿哕音，心律齐，心率91次／min。急诊心电图（图1）示窦性心律。一度房室传导阻滞，下壁导联ST段抬高。否认既往有高血压、糖尿病、高血脂病史，否认吸炯史。急诊诊断：急性下壁心肌梗死。立即给予多巴胺维持血压，口服阿司匹林、氯吡格雷片各300mg，阿托伐他汀片40mg后转入导管室行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术（图2）。
